The original drive mode of this project adopts the supporting solution of asynchronous drive industrial frequency starting. We provide permanent magnet direct-drive motors, which are used in cooperation with the variable frequency control system. After the site visit, the replacement base is designed according to the original hole positions of the asynchronous drive system, and replacement is simple and convenient. The permanent magnet motor is installed and put into services, and operates smoothly with an obvious energy saving effect.

Application effect

The renovation project removes the asynchronous motor + reducer system, achieving in a significant increase in efficiency and power factor, and lowering the workload of subsequent operation and maintenance. According to the actual measurement, with the implementation of permanent magnet motor, the power saving rate of the original asynchronous motor is up to 9%, and the whole set of drive system can realize the power saving up to 15.66%, thereby reducing production energy consumption.
