Challenges
Due to the small installation space of the ship, the large vibration of the rigid connection with the diesel engine, and the complex marine operating environment, hull turbulence, and other factors, the generator must meet the requirements of multi-condition operation with a wide range of power changes, and it is required to have high efficiency, high reliability, high power density per unit volume, salt spray prevention, corrosion prevention, and other technical characteristics.
Implementation
- TYJVFT-75/380 permanent magnet speed regulation integrated motor is used in the drive system of a hybrid ship to replace the original motor and frequency converter.
- The original AC synchronous motor is replaced with the high-efficiency permanent magnet generator.
Application effect
- The equipment installation space is further optimized;
- The efficiency of the permanent magnet speed regulation integrated motor is up to 96%, improving the efficiency of electric energy use;
- Simple mechanism and low failure rate with no need for excitation mechanism;
- Low rotor copper consumption and iron consumption, with power generation efficiency 5% higher than ordinary AC synchronous motor;
- The whole design of the permanent magnet generator adopts a fully enclosed structure motor. The efficiency is greater than 97%, and the volume is reduced by 30% and the weight is reduced by 35% compared with the traditional excitation synchronous generator.
