Implementation
Blowers are widely used in the steel mill, such as primary blowers, secondary blowers, etc., with high motor power and mostly high voltage. The high-power motor uses the frequency converter for frequency regulation, thereby achieving the effect of energy saving.
The high-voltage permanent magnet variable frequency speed regulation integrated motor realizes perfect coupling of high-voltage permanent magnet motor and high-voltage frequency converter. The original drive can be effectively replaced by personalized matching according to the original asynchronous motor, voltage, power, speed, center height, mounting feet, and other parameters. The drive system adds the control system with a display to improve the intelligence and digital transmission of the equipment as well as the miniaturization and convenience of the overall configuration.
