Implementation

This project is a permanent magnet motor for the mixer of the rubber plant. We provide two sets of variable frequency permanent magnet motors. The specific parameters are as follows:

The original drive mode for this project is the DC motor drive mode. We provide the variable frequency permanent magnet motor, supported by the base and the frequency conversion control system for use. The site is surveyed before the implementation of the project. The replaced supporting base is designed according to the hole positions of the original DC drive system, and the replacement is simple and convenient. The permanent magnet motor is installed and put into service and operates stably.

Application effect

The mixer is the most energy-consuming equipment in the rubber enterprise, which accounts for 30%-40% of the total energy consumption of the tire enterprise. After the renovation, the excitation coils, commutators, brushes, and other components are eliminated, and the efficiency and power factor are improved, which reduces the operation and maintenance costs. According to the actual measurement, after using the permanent magnet motor, the system saves more than 18% of power compared with the original DC motor drive. The permanent magnet motor realizes closed-loop control with with the frequency converter, so that the control precision is higher, speed drop can be avoided, and on-load plugging startup of the mixer can be realized.
