ZJT series mine flameproof and intrinsically safe AC frequency conversion speed regulating device (hereinafter referred to as frequency converter) is a four quadrant feedback speed regulating device produced on the basis of frequency conversion speed regulating technology independently developed by our company. The power supply of all lines shall be 50Hz AC and 1140V voltage.

The inverter has the functions of overload, short circuit, over-voltage, under voltage, phase loss, temperature protection, leakage blocking and other protection functions, and is equipped with 7-10 inch color display screen to display the real-time status of each working condition.

This product adopts three-level IGBT extension structure, which makes the output voltage waveform approach sine wave, so as to improve the output torque, reduce the motor noise and heat, and extend the service life of the motor.

This product has the characteristics of small starting current, large starting torque, stable starting, etc. it can realize the smooth starting, speed regulation, soft stop and other functions of asynchronous AC motor under various load conditions, reduce the starting impact of electrical and mechanical, and extend the service life of the equipment. When several frequency converters are used to drive the belt conveyor, the power of each frequency converter is automatically adjusted to realize the dynamic power balance among multiple frequency converters.
