Mining flameproof and intrinsic safety inverter series (1140)
BPJ series mining flameproof and intrinsically safe low-voltage AC frequency converter (hereinafter referred to as frequency converter) is a new type of mine speed control device produced on the basis of the introduction of foreign advanced frequency control technology by our company. The power supply of all lines shall be 50Hz AC and 1140V voltage.

The frequency converter is specially used for underground belt transportation, fan, water pump and trigger. It is especially suitable for frequent starting, with stable starting and small starting current. When it is used for fan and water pump, it can automatically adjust the operation according to the set pressure, flow and other parameters, with remarkable energy saving effect.
The inverter has the functions of overload, short circuit, over-voltage, under voltage, phase loss, temperature protection, leakage blocking and other protection functions, and is equipped with 7-10 inch color display screen to display the real-time status of each working condition.
The product adopts three-level IGBT topology structure, which makes the output voltage waveform approach sine wave, so as to improve the output torque, reduce the noise and heat of the motor, and extend the service life of the motor.
This product has the characteristics of small starting current, large starting torque, stable starting, etc. it can realize the smooth starting, speed regulation, soft stop and other functions of asynchronous AC motor under various load conditions, reduce the starting impact of electrical and mechanical, and extend the service life of the equipment. When several frequency converters are used to drive the belt conveyor, the power of each frequency converter is automatically adjusted to realize the dynamic power balance among multiple frequency converters.
